How do I participate?
Click on “Create an account” to join the savings program. Once you have done that, you are welcome to participate in all the actions we have prepared for you to earn points.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by completing actions listed on the “Earn Points” tab. When an action is completed, a check mark will appear.
For every €1 you spend, you receive 1 point. You only receive points on the products you buy, not on shipping and taxes.
How do I check how many points I have?
Your points balance is displayed when you are logged in to your account page.
How do I redeem my points?
It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on the “Rewards” tab and you’ll see a list of all the discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can save big on your new gems.
Where can I find the history of my redeemed points?
Under the heading "history" you will find your redeemed points and earned points.
Can I redeem my points and take advantage of other promotions at the same time?
Yes, you can! You can also benefit from other promotions such as sales while redeeming points.
Can my points expire?
No, your points will remain in your account.
